Frank has been practicing law in the courts for over 36 years. He worked 12 years throughout the Attorneys General office before starting his own law firm 23 years ago to specialize in protecting our rights as Americans. Mylar Law focuses on constitutional and government litigation, law enforcement, civil rights, and religious liberty. Frank is well-known throughout the state as the go-to guy for the Constitutional claims. He has litigated hundreds of civil rights cases in the state and federal courts.
Frank has the experience to hit the ground running in the Utah Attorney General office. For nearly four decades, he has successfully litigated nearly every issue our Attorney General office will likely face. Utah would be hard-pressed to find a more experienced candidate.
Frank has:
Frank is a champion for the people. He believes the Constitution is a limiting document designed to protect “We The People” from government while securing our God-given liberties. He does not just believe in these values but has been actively fighting for them in the legal arena for the last 36 years.
Utah needs an Attorney General who understands the office and has real attorney experience in the trenches fighting for our Constitutional rights. Frank brings over three decades of experience, conviction, and passion for defending Utah’s values. We need Frank’s skill and aggressiveness to protect Utah’s interests. In short, we need an attorney, not a politician, as our next Attorney General.
Frank has been in the arena. He is battle-tested and ready to stand up for the values of the Great State of Utah. Having argued many cases on a wide variety of Constitutional issues, Frank is prepared to defend Utah’s interests as a sovereign state.
For most of Frank’s career, he has been doing the work that an Attorney General is called to do. His experience in Constitutional law has prepared him to defend our 1st Amendment rights, our 2nd Amendment rights, parental rights, state rights, civil rights, and the rights of the pre-born.
Frank believes that God gave children to their parents, not to be raised by the state, DCFS, public schools, the UN, or the “village”. He will protect a parent’s right to oversee their children’s education.
Criminals should be duly punished and not coddled, pampered, or indulged. Frank helped eliminate prisoner access to pornography. Frank especially believes that the destruction of the traditional family is the root cause of the rise in violent crime in our country.
Frank will do everything in his power to push back against the widespread distribution of pornography and sex crimes, especially as they relate to children, even in their schools. Frank is committed to fighting pornography, sexual harassment, and sexual assault as he has for nearly the last four decades.
Frank considers abortion to be the most heinous form of child abuse known to man. He has worked with Pro-Life Utah and other pro-life groups to help protect the unborn. Last summer, he filed a “Friend of the Court” (Amicus) brief supporting Utah’s pro-life laws. Pre-born babies should have the same rights as any other human being under our Constitution.
Frank will fight election fraud, promptly investigate any allegations and suggest policies and rules that will restore trust in our elections.
Frank is a state convention only candidate.
Frank does not compromise when it comes to protecting the rights of American Citizens to keep and bear arms. He will not waver in his defense of our Second Amendment rights. He has vindicated claims defending these rights and will continue to do so as your next Attorney General.
As the Federal Government grabs more and more of Utah’s public lands, Frank pledges to do everything in his power to end this. Frank is a valiant defender of property rights and believes that innocent, law-abiding citizens should never be forced to surrender property without due process and just compensation.
During COVID, we saw governments across the country take unprecedented steps to restrict our First Amendment rights to worship and assemble freely. Frank opposes such draconian attempts to seize power from the people. As Utah’s Attorney General, Frank Mylar will use the power of his office to push back against such high-handedness. The Constitution protects our right to public expression of faith in God. Frank believes the government should never attempt to stifle or prohibit this expression.
